If I owned an up to date console I would buy the other God of War games if they are this good. it is actually fun. I tried this on a whim and WOW. challenging. I play PC games. Console games generally do not interest me. Interesting.
Also the soundtrack is excellent. As many other reviewers have stated, the game is far too short. Buy it and you won't be sorry. I did not find any glitches in the angles or the game itself. The reason this is a flaw is because the game is so good that you don't want to ever stop playing. The music can get your heart racing and peaks at the appropriate times. It may be a quick play but you'll enjoy every minute of it.
I did not find the puzzles to slow down gameplay too much, just enough in my opinion.If you are a PSP owner, you need this game. Absolutely worth the $15 pricetag on Amazon. The graphics - simply the best I have seen as of yet on PSP (I am about to buy Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines which, I have been told, also has amazing graphics). Before I get to how great this game is I will briefly state its one flaw. I beat the game in under 3 days probably in about 8 hours of game play. The camera angles in God of War are smart and travel well through each scene.
As for the gameplay, it is pure fun from beginning to end. The game is so good that I am seriously considering getting a PS3 when God of War III comes out later this year. I have never played any game in the God of War series before Chains of Olympus and let me tell you, I am hooked. The controls are responsive and easy to understand. The creators do a great job of mixing fighting with puzzles that are not overly complicated but require some thought.
This is by far my fav. Excellent game especially for the price. action/adventure game on the PSP.
This is one of the best fighting/action Playstation 2 games. I'd highly recommend it.
The game control is the best I've experienced on psp. If you own a psp and you're old enough to play this game, you need to play it, otherwise you don't know what you've missed. There are four different difficulty levels so it will be fun and challenging for everyone. Due to the high ratings people gave I decided to give it a try. In conclusion, this is an epic game. The graphic's amazing.
And you will also learn some neat stuff from Greek mythology. I've never played GOW or GOW2 before so I'm a newbie to this game. It's the best game I've ever played on psp. The game designer made so many different combos for attacks and magic with the available keys on psp.
